WHY WE USE THIAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE
There are two common forms of thiamine used in vitamin B1 supplements: thiamine hydrochloride (HCL) and thiamine mononitrate. Both are synthetic; however, thiamine hydrochloride (HCl) is water-soluble, allowing for easier absorption by the body compared to thiamine mononitrate.
